Find out if people will pay before you spend like they will.
Most launches fail on demand, not on build quality: the money goes into growth before there is proof that anyone will pay. We help you get the proof first. You get your numbers, a plain decision, and a fixed-scope next step with the exclusions written down. We have launched products of our own, so we know what it costs and where it goes wrong; those are our products, not client results.
Who has actually paid or committed, what they said, and how many more conversations you need before spending.
Price, cost, break-even customer count, and the assumptions we used, in a sheet you keep.
An offer page and an intake path that measure from first visit to first payment, with your follow-up scripted.
Build, sell first, or stop, with a 90-day plan and a scoped next step that lists what is not included.
01
5–10 business days
You send a one-page description, your conversation notes and your numbers. You get the demand check, the numbers and the decision.
02
6–8 weeks
If the decision is sell, we set up the page, the intake path and the measurement, and you start the conversations. One channel, weekly review of what buyers said.
03
End of sprint
The customer count, the cost per customer, and a continue, pivot or stop recommendation with the figures behind it.
Not in these two offers. We set up the page, the intake path and the measurement, and we help you sell. If the numbers say build, we scope that separately with its own price and exclusions. Building before demand is the most common expensive mistake we see, so we do not sell it first.
It means we have priced, shipped and supported products with our own money. It does not mean your launch will go the same way. We do not have client launch results to show yet, and we will only publish them with a client's approval and their numbers.
A person replies within one business day. If the fit is right, that reply contains the diagnostic scope, the input checklist and the fee. If not, we say why.
