About
Big companies buy great design and tireless AI. Now you can too.
The bet
BakaroArt exists because of a gap we kept seeing. The agencies with real craft — the ones designing for banks and unicorns — won't return a call about a $15k project. The vendors who will are selling templates with your logo on them. And the new wave of AI shops can build an agent but can't design an experience a customer trusts.
So we built the studio we couldn't find: design craft held to the standard of the best in the industry, AI capability built in rather than bolted on, and an honest business model — public prices, fixed scopes, measured results — shaped around how small and medium businesses actually buy.
The name is the promise: Bakaro is where we come from, Art is the standard we hold the work to.
Six principles we don't bend
01
Design is applied psychology
Every layout is a hierarchy of attention, every color a learned signal, every button a small negotiation with a human brain. We design from how people actually decide — first impressions in milliseconds, anchors, commitment, the peak-end rule — and we use it honestly, because SMBs live on repeat business.
02
The numbers are public
Prices on the website, timelines in the proposal, performance scores in the launch report. Opacity is how agencies size up clients; transparency is how partners behave.
03
Senior people, every time
The person on your first call is the person doing the work. We stay small on purpose — no account managers translating between you and whoever was free this sprint.
04
AI with guardrails or not at all
Every agent we ship has hard limits, human hand-off, and logs you can read. If an off-the-shelf $99 tool does your job, the plan says so. We'd rather be the studio that told you the truth.
05
Speed is respect
Fast sites, fast answers, fast turnarounds. A business owner's attention is the scarcest resource we touch, and the work should show we know it.
06
Proof over promises
We measure before, we measure after, and we put the difference in writing. Work that can't survive measurement isn't finished.
